12 MINUTES · A GUIDED REFLECTION

Your work, more alive

Find the overlap between energy, ability, meaning, and possibility.

WHAT YOU MIGHT LEAVE WITH

One promising direction to test, based on real moments when you felt engaged.

  1. When did you last lose track of time doing something?

Think of three specific moments. What were you doing, with whom, and why did it hold you?

  2. What do people turn to you for?

Separate what you do well from what you actually enjoy. Being good at something does not obligate you to keep doing it.

  3. Whose problems would you care about solving?

Consider people, communities, or causes. What feels meaningful even without recognition?

  4. What could support the life you need?

Name your income floor, time needs, responsibilities, and skills you could build. These are design constraints, not failures of ambition.

  5. What small experiment would give you new information?

A conversation, a two-hour project, a shadow day. Choose something reversible to try this week.
