10 MINUTES · A GUIDED REFLECTION
Memories you want to make
Create a bucket list that feels like your life, not a competition.
One meaningful experience to make room for, in a version you can realistically try.
Which memories do you return to with warmth?
What made them matter: the people, the challenge, the setting, the play, or the feeling of being present? Ordinary moments count.
What experiences would you love to remember having lived?
List a few across connection, curiosity, contribution, adventure, and everyday delight. Leave out anything that is only impressive to someone else.
Who would you like to share those memories with, if anyone?
Some experiences may be private. For shared plans, leave space for the other person’s wishes, access needs, and capacity.
What is a smaller or more accessible version of one experience?
Consider time, cost, care responsibilities, mobility, and energy. A nearby or modest version can hold the same meaning.
What could you put on the calendar, and what will you make space for?
Choose one invitation or first step. This list can evolve; it is not a test of whether you have lived enough.
