5 MINUTES · A GUIDED REFLECTION

A small experiment, a real answer

Turn a big question into something you can learn from.

WHAT YOU MIGHT LEAVE WITH

A small experiment with a date and a clear learning question.

  1. What are you curious to find out?

Phrase it as a question you can explore, such as “Do I enjoy teaching adults?”

  2. What is the smallest version you could try?

Keep it reversible and within your time, money, and energy limits.

  3. What would you notice if it were a promising direction?

Choose observable signals: energy afterward, interest, feedback, willingness to do it again.

  4. When will you try it, and who could help?

Put a date on it. Consider one person who can make it easier.

  5. When will you reflect on what you learned?

An experiment that rules out an option is still useful. Decide how you will capture the learning.
