15 MINUTES · A GUIDED REFLECTION

An ordinary day, ten years from now

Make a possible future tangible enough to learn from.

WHAT YOU MIGHT LEAVE WITH

A picture of the daily life you want, and one element you can bring closer now.

  1. You wake up ten years from now. Where are you?

Imagine a satisfying ordinary day, not a holiday. Notice the light, sounds, surroundings, and who is there.

  2. How do you spend the meaningful part of your day?

Describe the work, care, learning, or making. What is the pace? What responsibilities feel worth having?

  3. Who shares your day, and how do you feel with them?

Include time alone if it matters. What do your relationships make room for?

  4. As the day ends, what makes it feel like a good day?

What did you have enough of? What was pleasantly absent? What surprised you?

  5. Which part of that day could you try this month?

Treat the picture as a possibility, not a prediction. Name one small change and the assumption it could test.
