15 MINUTES · A GUIDED REFLECTION
A birthday or year-end pause
Look back with honesty and forward with room to grow.
What to carry forward, what to release, and a kind, concrete intention for the next season.
What moments stand out from the year or season you are closing?
Include ordinary joys, changes, losses, surprises, and things you endured. You can choose a shorter period if a whole year feels like too much.
What gave you energy or meaning, and what asked too much of you?
Look at the conditions around each experience. A difficult year is not proof that you failed; notice the support you had or needed.
What did you learn about yourself, and what deserves recognition?
Consider unseen effort, changed priorities, relationships, repair, and boundaries as well as achievements.
What would you like to carry forward, release, or make room for?
Choose a few things. You do not have to turn every lesson into a resolution or make a plan for everything at once.
What is one intention for your next season, and how will you support it?
Name a small behavior, a person or resource that could help, and a date to check in. Let the plan fit the life you actually have.
